About Serene Citrine

I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and certified nutrition coach with a background as a competitive equestrian athlete. My work blends strength-based yoga, mental training, and practical tools that support both performance and everyday well-being.

 

I specialize in yoga flows designed to build strength, stability, and mobility while calming the nervous system. My approach is athletic and intentional—focused on helping people feel capable in their bodies and steady in their minds, on and off the mat.

 

Mental coaching is a core part of my work. Through years of competition, I’ve developed and relied on mental game skills such as staying calm under pressure, managing nerves, and maintaining focus in high-stakes environments. These tools have played a significant role in my own competitive success, and I love sharing them with others—whether for sport, performance, or daily life.

 

Becoming a Yoga Instructor originally began as a way to deepen my own practice, but teaching quickly became a passion of its own. I currently teach multiple yoga classes and have availability in my Peak Fitness classes. I also offer private sessions—both in person and online—for those looking for personalized movement or mindset support.

 

My work is especially inspired by equestrian athletes and the unique physical and mental demands of riding. While some specialized offerings are seasonal or currently out of session, that perspective continues to shape how I teach strength, balance, and focus.

 

My goal is simple: to help people move with confidence, think clearly under pressure, and build a practice that supports both performance and long-term wellness.
